Located on Louise Basin, the Village Nordik invites you to enjoy trout fishing and experience winter in Québec. In addition to ice fishing activities, you will find leisure areas, entertainment and a children’s playground. Whether you are coming with family, with friends, alone or in a group, Village Nordik offers a thrilling winter experience!

Who we are

The Port of Québec Village Nordik offers residents and visitors alike the opportunity for ice fishing and many other winter activities. It is governed by a similarly named non-profit organization, which oversees programming for this Port of Québec recreation and tourist site. In the summer, the site becomes the Port of Québec Oasis, North America’s first harbour bath, which offers swimming and leisure activities. Fishing season at the Village Nordik runs from the beginning of February until the beginning of March.
